BIOGRAPHY
Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama graduate Liv Brewin is an emerging saxophonist performing internationally and contributing to vibrant music scenes across Europe.
Born in England and raised in Wales, Liv studied music performance in the UK, Norway and the Netherlands, graduating with a music degree with honours. An accomplished saxophonist with over a decade of experience, she performs as a soloist, band member and alongside DJs across a wide range of musical settings.
Liv has filmed as a saxophonist for the popular BBC series 'Doctor Who', as well as the Amazon Prime feature film Hedda. She has performed in renowned venues including Carnegie Hall (New York), the Royal Albert Hall (London), Schouwburg Concertzaal (Netherlands), BBC Hoddinott Hall (Wales) and Sardinen USF (Norway) as a member of various groups and orchestras.


More recently, Liv has performed at wedding, cultural events and hospitality venues across Norway, both as a solo performer and as part of duos, trios and bands. She has olso held a residency as part of a trio performing on the main stage of the casino at the City of Dreams Mediterranean in Cyprus.
Comfortable across a wide range of genres - from blues and soul to classical and pop - Liv performs in settings ranging from intimate background music to high-energy live entertainment. She is experienced performing with function bands, big bands, orchestras, classical quartets and blues ensembles.
Liv was awarded funding by the Monmouthshire Further Education Trust Fund to support her transition into the professional music scene in Bergen, Norway.
Now based in the UK, Liv performs regularly at weddings, events and venues across England and Wales, while continuing to appear internationally.
